Import to your account not working?

Before you start make sure that you are logged on tw-calc.net. If you are, and you are still having troubles with importing:

1. Log-out from tw-calc.net.
2. Log-in to tw-calc.net.
3. Retry the import from the game.

If above did not help, your browser privacy settings or other privacy tools or extensions might be blocking third party cookies that are being used for communication between the game and tw-calc.net. Try to:

1. Revise your browser privacy settings and allow 3rd party cookies for tw-calc.net.
2. Disable all privacy tools and extensions for tw-calc.net and the-west.

Firefox

Firefox is known to block 3rd party cookies by default.

Option 1

Disable "Enhanced Tracking Protection" for the-west and tw-calc.net.

Option 2

Or you can do it for all websites by updating your settings in Settings > Privacy & Security to "Custom" and set settings for Cookies to "Cross-site tracking cookies".
